Adam Rich

Adam Rich was just seven years old when he landed his first TV role on The Six Million Dollar Man in 1976. By 1977, he was starring as youngest son Nicholas on the very popular TV series Eight is Enough. The show ran five seasons until Adam was 13, at which point he was cast on the TV series Code Red, which lasted one season. Sporadic guest appearances followed, but by the late 1980s, Adam’s career was basically over. He began drinking at 11, started smoking marijuana at 12 and by 14, was dropping LSD. He started turning down work, dropped out of school and in 1989, had an overdose that led to a two-week coma and partial paralysis. In 2002, he was arrested for a DUI. However, he seems to have turned his life around since then and markets script ideas for TV shows and films to Hollywood agents and producers.
