Lance Kerwin

In the year following his 1974 television debut, Lance Kerwin made no less than nine appearances on TV series and in TV movies. By 1975, he was starring on the TV series The Family Holvak (as seen above with co-star Elizabeth Cheshire) and made his big screen debut in the Disney film Escape to Witch Mountain. He literally never stopped working. From the time The Family Holvak ended in 1975 and the time his next series, James at 16 began in 1977, he appeared on eight TV series and starred in four TV movies. By 1992, he’d made 29 more appearances, and later admitted he began taking drugs at a very young age in an effort to cope. He was in and out of rehab several times. When last heard from, Lance was a Christian minister in Hawaii.
