Batman (1989)

Batman superfans will think this one is obvious, but you've got to look quick to catch it. At the beginning of Batman (1989), when Alexander Knox walks into his office, he's handed a sketch of what they dubbed The Batman. Take a look at the signature. It's none other than the name of Bob Kane, the character’s original creator.

    Oh these entertainment types LOVE to do that sort of thing; always have.
    Here’s another one: In “The Dark Knight” chase scene in which Joker and his crew have commandeered a truck, he’s changed the motto of the truck’s company (Laughter is the Best Medicine) by adding a Big Red ‘S’ at the beginning. This does two things (that other DC icon, you know).
