Pinhead (Hellraiser) – 1987

Pinhead is the central antagonist in the Hellraiser series. He is one of the leaders of the Cenobites — former humans transformed into other-worldly creatures — and derives wicked pleasure from torturing humans in an extra-dimensional realm. His appearance is a nod to punk fashion and S&M culture, and as his name suggests, his head is detailed with protruding pins and nails. Demonic and deeply disturbing.
