The Fly (1986)

One of Canadian director David Cronenberg's most famous creations, the sci-fi horror flick The Fly was shot in Toronto. It was a highlight for its central actors Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis in the '80s, as well as Canadian co-star George Chuvalo. Cronenberg also had a small role in the Oscar-winning picture for Best Makeup, which flew away with over $40 million at the box office.
