Hollywood’s Best Remakes

With such an overload of sequels, prequels and remakes taking over Hollywood in the last few years, it can be hard to remember that, on occasion, a legitimately good remake sneaks its way into theaters – sometimes because they’re so faithful to their source material, and sometimes because they rethink a property from the ground up. What can I say? I love vampire movies, but this one was a little long in the tooth for me. I saw the orginal which was also slow but still it was much, much better than the remake! You know you’re in trouble when you keep looking at the time to see how much longer the film will be!!!!

Always fun when the remakes work; they often don’
