Tom Cruise

Thomas Cruise Mapother IV was born July 3, 1962. After supporting roles in films such as Endless Love (1981) and The Outsiders (1983), his big break came in 1983 when he was cast in the starring role in the film Risky Business. Cruise has appeared in countless films since, including Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Jerry Maguire (1996) and Magnolia (1999), all of which earned him Golden Globe awards. In 1996 he produced his first film, Mission: Impossible, which he also starred in. He’s appeared in six Mission: Impossible films to date, all of which have been huge box office hits, making him one of the highest-grossing actors of all time.
