Roberto Benigni

Tied with Cuba Gooding Jr. as the most excitable winner in the history of the Oscars, Roberto Benigni (literally) climbed over seats and attendees to get to stage to receive his 1999 Best Actor Oscar for his role in the film Life is Beautiful. Hopping up to the stage, he raised his hands to the crowd and bowed with the largest grin you've ever seen on a human. But he didn't stop there. He then hit on presenter Sofia Loren, and said, "I want to kiss everybody!" before reciting various poems in barely intelligible English. Whatever he said, it's clear that this was the moment of Benigni's life.
