Will win: Emma Stone (La La Land) — With a Golden Globe, BAFTA and SAG Award to her credit for her enchanting work in La La Land, Emma should be putting the finishing touches on her acceptance speech. Isabelle is a bit of a dark horse, but we're confident the Best Actress crown is Emma's.

Should win: Meryl Streep (Florence Foster Jenkins) — Meryl is often overlooked for her riveting performances. Sure, she earns plenty of nominations, but in our view she routinely delivers the best performance of the year and is frequently robbed. In Florence Foster Jenkins, she's comedic and tragic, humorous and heartfelt, and entirely deserving of Oscar No. 4.
