Best Actor in a Supporting Role – Daniel Kaluuya, Judas and the Black Messiah

Shaka King's explosive historical drama Judas and the Black Messiah features two riveting performances by actors LaKeith Stanfield and Daniel Kaluuya; however, with this being Kaluuya's second nomination following his lead performance in 2018's Get Out, he’s got the edge over first-time nominee Stanfield. Kaluuya has proven himself to be a talented actor on the rise and this Oscar win should only continue to elevate his profile and further establish him as an acting force.
