The Call of the Wild

The Call of the Wild is another movie that was headed for big profits. Starring Harrison Ford, the family film had great feedback from audiences and was in the top five at the box office on March 19 when the lockdown went into effect. It earned a total of $62,342,368 in 28 days. Unfortunately, the budget for the film—partly due to the CGI involved to create the lifelike dog who was Ford's co-star—was $135 million, which means despite a worldwide gross of over $109 million, the film didn't turn a profit.
