The L.A. County Coroner’s Office has determined that Scott Ruffalo’s death was a homicide, spokesman Craig Harvey told the Associated Press. They say someone else shot Ruffalo, who was the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, in the head — it was not a suicide. Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, was a suspect in the case, but was released after questioning. Her attorney, Ronald Richards, said at the time that his client told him Scott shot himself while playing Russian roulette. Since the ruling, he told TMZ, “I have not been informed by police that my client is again at all a suspect.” Another suspect, Kristian Muradaz, was arrested and released. Police have yet to release a motive. Ruffalo died on December 1st, exactly a week after the shooting.
