mark_ruffalo2.jpgThe L.A. County Coroner’s Office has determined that Scott Ruffalo’s death was a homicide, spokesman Craig Harvey told the Associated Press. They say someone else shot Ruffalo, who was the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, in the head — it was not a suicide. Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, was a suspect in the case, but was released after questioning. Her attorney, Ronald Richards, said at the time that his client told him Scott shot himself while playing Russian roulette.  Since the ruling, he told TMZ, “I have not been informed by police that my client is again at all a suspect.” Another suspect, Kristian Muradaz, was arrested and released. Police have yet to release a motive. Ruffalo died on December 1st, exactly a week after the shooting.

I think most people knew he didn’t do it himself. Just didn’t add up from the get-go!

Murder? Really? Who knew? GOD give me a break as nancy said “We all knew it was a little fishy” It’s sad when anyone loses a life accidentally but to be murdered? MY god what must his family be going through? And around the holidays? What kind of selfish person would do such a thing?

There are a lot of sick people out there. Do they even think of how many people they are hurting? It’s not just the one person whose life they are taking, there are always a lot more people who get hurt in the process, the victims loved ones.
