Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law team up in Sherlock Holmes as the infamous brilliant detective and his lifelong pal/co-sleuth. Downey and Law met for the first time one year ago at a hotel in London. The two got along very well both on and off screen and their chemistry is evident throughout the entire film. Tribute’s Bonnie Laufer traveled to London to chat with the stars and director Guy Ritchie to find out if these two are indeed a new “Dynamic Duo.”

After years of blockbuster filmmaking, Guy Ritchie returns to his stylish roots in this gangster tale about drug deals gone wrong and what it takes to be on top.
really looking forward to this film, don’t expect I’ll be disappointed by the talented two…although I have been disappointed by the lack of quality movies out this time of year…
i highly suspect with that comment that u havent seen avatar…….trust me…just see it
When are tickets available online? Anyone know???
Avatar rocks! James Cameron doesn’t disappoint!!!
hey, Chris, you are correct, and I will most likely see it one day when it’s to rent if someone at home rents it…it’s not my type of movie, the storyline doesn’t appeal to me, but would be open to seeing it
Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law are like an old married couple, and it’s hilarious to watch. There’s action, adventure, mystery, comedy, and an entertaining story.
Jo-Anne, I have never responded on-line to a movie article before in my life!, but I am doing so solely to urge you to see Avatar on the big screen, not at home as a rental. I am not a particularly big fan of what might be initially termed the genre, but this movie transcends genre, like Gone With the Wind, for example. Also, the lushness and “reality” of the environment must be seen in 3D and in large scale. (The 3d is never used as a gimmick, but rather to make you feel like you’re there – not unlike being an Avatar yourself!) It is the ultimate big screen movie of our generation. Seriously. Jo-Anne, please do not make this action in vain 🙂
