Selena Gomez’s friends hope Bieber romance is done

Selena Gomez Selena Gomez's friends hope her romance with Justin Bieber is over for good. The 20-year-old actress and the 18-year-old pop star revealed their split on Friday after two years together and while those close to the brunette beauty fully expect Justin to try to win her back, they are surprised it took so long for the pair to break up as she has "shed many tears" over him in the past year. A friend of Selena's told The Sun: "It's been so difficult to watch this unfold over the past year or so. Selena has shed so many tears over Justin. She's tried to split up with him so many times but they have always ended up back together. It's out in the open now and that is one of the toughest parts, so that means there's more chance it will be permanent this time. But we expect Justin to try to win her back - and he tends to get what he wants." Despite separating last week, the former couple were spotted together in New York on Sunday (11.11.12), where they are thought to have held talks about their relationship. A source explained: "I saw Selena go into the hotel around 5:40 pm and not even three hours later, Justin went in. I saw him leave around 11 pm."

It’s up to them not her friends. Relationships are hard esp. when the guy is younger as they’re still immature. He’s lost a good thing and one day he’ll realize it. Of course her friend Taylor Swift would be glad because she’s never had a relationship last long and needs someone to hang around with. 😉

they are so very young. do you really think that they would stay together for more than a few years at the age they both are? explore the world and meet other people and in time, if they are meant to be together, they will be. although I met my husband in college at age 19 and then married him at age 24. 30 years later we are still together.

also it must be extremely hard to have a relationship with millions of eyes watching your every move and also when they work so hard and are away at different parts of the world at times.
