Superman getting married

Brandon Routh, aka Superman, is marrying his fiancée, actress Courtney Ford, this Saturday, according to Routh’s rep. The ceremony will take place at Superman Returns producer Jon Peters’ Santa Barbara ranch. Guests will include his Superman Returns‘ co-stars Kate Bosworth and Kevin Spacey, and Winona Ryder, Mickey Rourke and Ashley Olsen, his co-stars in the upcoming film The Informers. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will reportedly close the airspace around the ranch on Saturday to ensure that paparazzi in helicopters don’t disrupt the nuptials.

   If you want your marriage ceremony kept secret don’t mention day and place where it’s happening.

   Exactly! See, this is how it starts out, with all of these celebs. They get their ‘people’ to spill the beans, and then they invite all these other celebs, and then they ALL b*tch and whine about the paparazzi, and about stalkers, and people who just don’t leave them alone!! And now, they have big, bad, Arnold to close the airspace for them!! Like, why even tell the public, except for the fact of getting publicity?? I mean, I recognize all of the guest names mentioned above, except the bride and groom!! I haven’t seen the newer Superman movie, and don’t care to, as no one can compare to Christopher Reeve!

   They should let the paprazzi in if they are inviting Miss Ryder. We might just get a picture of her stealing the cutlery!!! LMFAO.

   It wouldn’t have mattered if they tried to keep their upcoming marriage ceremony a secret. The paparazzi would have found out about it anyway – they always do.

   Superman got married on the last season of LOIS & CLARK, so this news comes as a bit of a surprise.

   I wasn’t wild about “Transformers,” so I doubt I’ll be checking out “The Informers.” I might rent it, but I may just skip it altogether.

   That Routh kid has a striking resemblance to Christopher Reeves. Hmmm haven’t seen the movie but he looks the part.
