Sylvester Stallone criticized for breaking the law

By Alexandra Heilbron on November 26, 2009 | 7 Comments

Sylvester Stallone is under attack for driving with two passengers in the same seat. The incident occurred on Sunday when Stallone was driving his Mustang with two young girls sitting in the front seat, which is a blatant violation of California law. “California law states you must have only one passenger per seat. Driving with two passengers in one seat is vehicle code violation 27360. You must have one passenger per seat belt,” stated agent Bill Bustos. The California Department of Motor Vehicles also added, “Children ages six and older, but less than 16, and children under age six who weigh more than 60 pounds, must be properly secured in an appropriate child passenger restraint system or safety belt which meets federal safety standards.” Stallone is not the only celeb who has broken the rules of the road. David Beckham was photographed driving while talking on his cell phone, and California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was seen with wife Maria Shriver doing the same thing. ~BUM interactif

Who cares? He made a mistake that millions of people make. It’s not news worthy.

slap him with a ticket and send him home…. why post it online? I don’t see the point.

Stallone was never a role model for anyone anyways (unless you enjoy playing with big knives).

Aww…is this what the press had to resort to just to find SOMETHING negative to report? Why not make a concerted effort for 1 week to report nothing but POSITIVE news…

First of all, there would be no news if it were all to be positive.

Secondly, to hell with that! We want the good stuff! That is why this column is called ‘News AND Gossip’.

so he should get a ticket or whatever they would do to a non-celeb. If he did wrong then he has to suffer the consequences.
