It’s been ten years since the original big-screen spin off of the supernatural television show The X-Files was released. But this summer the series will be back in theaters with a sequel called The X-Files: I Want to Believe. X-Files creator and director Chris Carter announced the title recently, and promised the movie will please the series’ hardcore fans. “The reason we’re even making the movie is for the rabid fans, so we don’t want to insult them by having to take them back through the concept again,” Carter told the Associated Press. The original television series ran for nine seasons starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as FBI agents who investigate cases involving the paranormal. The X-Files: I Want to Believe hits theaters July 25.
I think by now we all know that the truth is not really out there.
It better not suck.
You said it shaggy!
