David Duchovny and wife Téa LeoniTéa Leoni has canceled her appearance at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, where she was to promote her new film, Ghost Town. It’s believed she will stay at home in California with her children because of husband David Duchovny‘s recent announcement that he was entering rehab for a sex addiction. Leoni, who has been married to Duchovny for 11 years, has two young children with him and has opted to stay with them and be near to support her husband as he goes through this difficult time. Last week, Duchovny, who stars in the Showtime series Californication, released a statement saying: “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.” A rep for Showtime said in a statement released to media: “All of us at Showtime wish David and his family the best during this very private time.”
