Will Smith defends Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber has some powerful and supportive friends. Perhaps tops amongst them is the Smith family. Both Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have spoken up about the need to support young celebrities. In a recent interview with Extra, Will accused the media of launching a war on young celebrities in particular. Smith said in regards to Justin Bieber: “Somebody is 19 years old, they’re gonna do what they’re gonna do, just like we did.” His defence of Bieber comes at a time when the young singer’s behavior has attracted a great deal of controversy. Smith confirmed he’d been in contact with Bieber recently and would be there for him whenever he called. It seems the Bieb’s recent troubles haven’t affected whis relationship with the Smith family, in particular with 14-year-old Jaden Smith.

Will and Jada are just as supportive of their own children. According to the Hollywood power couple, their daughter, Willow, who’s just 12 years old, recently turned down the title role in a movie remake of Annie because she just wanted to be a kid. Both parents agreed with the decision wholeheartedly. ~Cassie Jasinski

Really!? Smart move Willow. That’s not sarcasm. Good for you, just be a kid.
And I do think that Justin Bieber got too big and now what sells gossip?- A falling star- so they help make him fall because the popularity was at a pinnacle. Soon he will be replaced by the next big thing.

I’m glad Will is so supportive of Bieber. Jaden is is going to reach that age soon, so knowing his support for Bieber is also speaking towards his son. It will be very hypocritical of him to judge Bieber otherwise
