Spring loaded reclining seating, won't let you stay reclined

I'm very disappointed with the vip theater seating. I watched a film in theater 1 the other day and now I have back pain from sitting 2 hours in the uncomfortable chairs. Spring loaded seating ? Who's idea was that? I paid for reclining seating. Not seats, when you push the back it flings you forward. Dont stay reclined. So you have to sit completely forward the whole time. The seats did not provide any back support. Cineplex this is False advertisement. I had to book a massage after this horrible experience. I've been to the cineplex vip in kitchener which they actually have reclining seats. Motorized with two buttons one for reclining and or to move it back. Update your theater seats.

Absolute Worst Experience

Went to see White Boy Rick 9/21/2018, in theatre 2 myself and my partner both complained to separate staff members (including 2 managers) that the images were incredibly dark. We were informed that it was the movie - no online reviews mention the film be near impossible to see in 50% of scenes - and that nothing was wrong with their projector. Terrible customer service lets hope in the future they maintain the projectors with a little more frequency.

Disgusting customer service

I have to wait 20 minutes in line to get popcorn, then literally another 25 minutes in line waiting for someone to acknowledge me to get me my 30 second hot dog. Manager walks by me without looking at me, and goes to serve the other guests in the popcorn line. For almost 2 years I have been coming here and getting this RIDUCULOUS SERVICE. This is a movie theater where people need to BE SOMEWHERE AT THE RIGHT TIME. Me waiting in line for 20 minutes when it takes 2 minutes to make a god damn hot dog is absolutely absurd. I missed 5 minutes of the movie because of this, and I arrived at the theatre 35 minutes early!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Not worth the money

For those of you used to VIP theatres, this one will come as a shock. The chairs DO NOT recline, they push you forward uncomfortably. I am not very tall but my leg space was similar to the seat of a lowfare airline. You sat up ramrod straight which was unfortunate as we had come to see Killers of the Flower Moon, a 3.5 hours movie. The sound went out around a third of the way through and it took them 20 minutes to fix the problem. Very disappointed to pay extra for VIP and there was nothing VIP about this theatre. IF you are looking for comfortable and spacious seating, don't come here.

I felt I was invisible . The floor staff were gossiping together and there was no friendly greeting. Had to ask where to go eventually. I was very disappointed and the toilets needed cleaning! It's a shame it used to be very efficient- maybe better training!
