You folks are too picky....

The theatre is always well maintained and the concession staff (depending on the night) are usually very up beat and happy! No building that size can stay spotless for long, they young staff are doing a great job and shouldn't change a thing..

when you phone you get no answer on and they do not answer the staff phone in order to get the cost of the show and it is not on the web

screen needs a good clean

went to see a movie liked the movie, concession staff were pleasant and helpful now for the neg feedback. In theater 1 when the screen went bright there were quite noticeable squeegee marks half way up the screen where the bottom half was clean and the top not so clean, it was distracting when the sceen lit up the problem was when we tried to bring it to there attention their first reaction was to say no one else has ever complained and eventually said they would look at it .as we were walking away i looked back and saw one of the gentlemen shaking his head side to side. Your managers need customer service refresher. Thank You. Chris

Best stadium seating and restrooms as well as free refills on large popcorn, what more could you want?? I would like to see movie club points like there was when the Whitby24 was run by AMC. That way you could earn free drinks, small popcorn and occasional movie admissions.

What Gives?!

You would think with 24 screens, I would have a trove of new movies to choose from. I read the weekly reviews in the newspapers and look forward to seeing all these great movies at the Landmark. But instead, you offer rehashes like 22 Jump Street? Good movie but so last spring! And stinkers like Alex and the Terrible...Day, Annabelle, Dr. Cabbie, Dracula Untold, Left Behind and This is Where I Leave You just seem to linger! These one-star "wonders" should be on a 2-week rotation. Even The Equalizer and The Maze Runner have over-stayed their welcome. Give us some fresh meat that we can sink our teeth into!
