It’s going to be hard to top the opening ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympic games, but music director David Arnold is definitely on the right track. With artists including Domino singer Jessie J, rapper Tinie Tempah and the legendary Annie Lennox among the latest tipped for the show, there is no way the closing ceremonies can go wrong. New sensation One Direction is also expected to appear, as well as alternative rock band Muse and The Who. Girl-power group the Spice Girls are also set to reunite for the big night, a performance that has people of all ages waiting in excited anticipation. Many other famous British acts have been spotted leaving the rehearsal space, including George Michael, the Pet Shop Boys and Queen guitarist Brian May. The Brits are proving they are a force to be reckoned with — Rio will have big shoes to fill when the Summer Olympics come their way in 2016. ~Morgan Bates
