Lawsuits seem to appear frequently in the corrupt world we know as Hollywood, but for once the most recent one doesn't involve John Travolta. According to The Hollywood Reporter, an extra from the movie Men in Black 3 filed a lawsuit late last week against Columbia Pictures, members of the wardrobe team and Amblin Entertainment. The lawsuit indicated that Danika Gerner was given an outfit that was in "defective and dangerous condition." In the report Danika did not go into detail about what was wrong with the outfit or what injuries she faced. However she did say that she experienced "serious bodily injuries" and is unable to return to her full time job. Some reports suggest Danika is a personal trainer and model. ~Krystin Edgerton

Is this the America we live in? People casting judgement without knowing absolutely nothing about what really happened to this poor girl. Do the research first and then say what you have to say. Don't just talk out of your ass.
