Taylor Lautner is gay according to fake magazine cover

Ladies can now rest easy. Taylor Lautner is not really gay. The Twilight hunk was featured on a fake cover of a January 2012 issue of People magazine with the headline, “Exclusive: Taylor Lautner Out and Proud” and a blurb underneath reading, “Tired of rumors, the Twilight star opens up about his decision to finally come out. ‘I’m more liberated, and happier than I’ve ever been.'” The image was leaked yesterday over the Internet but officials from the magazine have confirmed that the cover is “absolutely fake” and have denied any connection to it. It turns out the hoax was nothing more than a crafty Photoshop job; the whole sidebar was even taken from an old issue of the magazine. It was so well done though, that rumors began spreading like wildfire. Even hip-hop magnate Russell Simmons was fooled, tweeting his support for Lautner’s “bravery and his courage.” After finding out it wasn’t real, Simmons tweeted again writing, “Disappointed that people would joke about someone coming out about their sexuality. Let Taylor Lautner be whoever he wants to be…”

If this is fake why even bother making news out of it. I guess tribute has nothing better to write about
haha- That’s what makes news. Also it helps spread the word that if anyone here in Canada caught wind of this, then rest assured he is not gay. So now all women can pine over him cause they all can get him no prob. It’s a love roller coaster for teeny boppers.

I think it makes a difference to us ladies because when I find out a guy is gay (not that there’s anything wrong with that), my desire to drool over them seems to fade. I think it’s just the fantasy of being with these celebrity hunks, but once we find out they’re into dudes, the fantasy goes away and we move onto another. So I’m happy to know that this was a rumour even before I heard of it.
I still think he’s gay.
It must be hard for anyone-even celebrities to always have people pointing at them scrutinizing over everything. I wonder how much influence the media and fans around the world have over someone like TL. I mean growing up in the spotlight as a youth, while body and mind is still being very influenced and shaped by everything. I bet he doubts his own sexuality just because of all the whispers and speculation surrounding him.
I hope he gets AIDS and Hepatitis.
Trevor… just because the instruction above the comment box says “speak your mind” it doesn’t mean that you can’t use a little propriety when doing so. Your comment is offensive and gross, to say the least.
On another note… be it true or false, it is gossip and maliciousness that ruins a lot of celebrity lives. Just because they are in the spotlight it doesn’t mean that they are not people and can’t be hurt by what is said about them. Granted, a lot of them make stupid mistakes that put them in the spotlight and ruin their own lives, but to MANY of them it’s the spotlight that ruins them. “Normal” (read: non-famous) people stress out with 9-5 jobs and then going home to do the family thing (sports, bills, meals, making ends meet, housekeeping, homekeeping etc.) I can’t imagine what it would be like working 12-18 hr days, taking care of all the responsibilities of “normal” people while the whole time having people following with cameras ready to photoshop pictures and spiteful tongues ready to lie for money.
And really… Taylor Lautner… either way you’d have to be one young & hot top standard male or female to get his attention. Your average Joe, or Joanna, would never catch his eye.
