Harry Potter documentary on Deathly Hallows: Part 2 DVD

A documentary entitled When Harry Left Hogwarts by filmmaker Morgan Matthew will be featured on the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 DVD. The film gives a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the final instalment of the Harry Potter movies and its effect on the actors, especially Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. As Daniel says, “The true story of how films are made are rarely seen,” but it appears that Morgan may have done exactly that, as he talks not only to the child actors who’ve spent half their lives making these movies, and the adult stars (who seem somewhat jaded and even slightly hostile), but also a number of background performers about their experiences on the set and their aspirations (one toddler expresses a desire to play Voldemort). Watch the teaser trailer for the documentary below, which gives fans a taste of the fascinating insights they’ll witness when the DVD hits stores on November 11, 2011.
