Chris PineChris Pine is in talks to play Tom Clancy’s famous character, Jack Ryan, who has previously been portrayed onscreen by Harrison Ford, Alec Baldwin and Ben Affleck. ** Mark Wahlberg will star in a U.S. remake of the Icelandic thriller Reykjavik-Rotterdam, as a security guard who is tempted to return to smuggling to make money. ** Quentin Tarantino confirms he’s planning a third Kill Bill movie that will start 10 years after the last one ended. ** Producer David Dobkin may direct a new National Lampoon’s Vacation in which Rusty Griswold, the son from the original movie, goes on a road trip. Screenwriter Gary Ross (Spider-Man 4) is writing and directing Venom, a Spider-Man spin-off. David Goyer is in talks with Columbia Pictures about a second Ghost Rider movie, again starring Nicolas Cage.
