Alec Baldwin to pen book as Donald Trump

Fans of SNL have embraced Alec Baldwin‘s Donald Trump sketches, and rightly so. His impressions are hilarious, while also highly accurate.
Now, the actor is taking it one step further.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Alec will co-write a book as the 70-year-old president. Penguin Press shared the news Wednesday (March 1) and revealed that Kurt Anderson — co-founder of Spy magazine — will be Alec’s fellow writer. The title of the book will be You Can’t Spell America Without Me: The Really Tremendous Inside Story of My Fantastic First Year as President Donald J. Trump.

Penguin adds that the book will showcase Trump’s “refreshingly compulsive un-PC candor” as he tackles topics including his family, other world leaders and the central events of his first year in office.
It’s expected to hit shelves on Nov. 7, nearly one year after the Donald defeated Hillary Clinton.
If reading isn’t your area of interest, fear not: there will also be an audiobook version, which the 58-year-old comedic actor will voice.
Kurt spoke to the New York Times about the book and offered up some details. He said, “I think we’ll be channeling and amplifying the real Trump…Writing for a five- or 10-minute sketch is different than writing a book, which has to be a narrative.”

Almost a year after Halyna Hutchins was shot by Alec Baldwin on the set of the movie Rust, the wrongful death case has been settled and filming will resume.
This thing will be quashed before it hits the shelves.
I think its disgusting. Try and figure out a better way to make money…not on “your” President back..but then again maybe that’s the only way you can.
I think that making a parody of Trump is too easy. Alec Baldwin should try something more challenging, like acting.
I think it is great as he truly is something else. Baldwin has him to a tee but trump opens the door to this kind of comedy. He is a comics dream.

This is great. When one becomes a public figure one becomes a target and must accept the consequences, good or bad. Trump is bombastic and gets what he deserves for speaking without doing research, for example saying that Alexander Graham Bell was a great American (lol). Nope, he was a tremendous Canadian, dumb dumb, or is that an alernate fact?
I think it’s going to be yuge! If Trumplethinskin can’t handle people laughing at his ridiculousness, he shouldn’t have put himself in such a public spotlight. He brings it on himself. Once you’re in the public spotlight, the world is going to have an opinion on your every action. If you don’t want that, then keep your life private! I’ll be lining up to buy the first copy! LOL

Deffently going to be come the longest staying on everyones’ best top ten books of all time. Question for you , I’m wondering why no ones comparing him to the coming of the anti Christ as it has been documented on the outer limits comperices show and others about ten years ago. They even said that the president of 2017 would not be from politics but only business background which na-sayers said could never happen . Well it happened just like they said back then. I figured there would be lots of different opinions on Alec Baldwin’s new book. Lets face it love him or hate him he is STILL going to sell his book! I for one can’t wait until it comes out as I will be the first in line to buy it!! I love his impressions of Trump and as one person puts it, Donald he brings it all on himself! Never checks facts when he is tweeting his comments and his famous big words he uses don’t mean a hill of beans other than trying to make himself look superior. I love the title it suits him to a tee!! So you go Alec Baldwin!!! A fan.
