Britney Spears suffers black eye from boyfriend?

By Alexandra Heilbron on December 2, 2010 | 28 Comments

Britney Spears is making headlines again. Star magazine reports that they have an audio tape in which Spears tells her ex-husband, Jason Alexander, that boyfriend Jason Trawick beat her. During the conversation, Alexander asks how her fiancé is, to which she replies, “That **** is not my fiancé.” Alexander told Star Britney confided to him that Trawick “hit her so hard it gave her a black eye.” Alexander, whom you may recall from his 55-hour marriage to Spears during a night out in Vegas, says, “Britney is in an abusive relationship. She told me her life had turned into a nightmare.” Spears and Alexander have been friends since childhood and he claims the only reason he’s making this public is because he’s “really concerned.” Spears apparently also told her ex that she was pregnant with Trawick’s child earlier this year. Her face was looking a little red and swollen in the photo above, taken on November 1st, but it’s possible Alexander is just trying to gain some attention and money through this explosive story. If that is the case, he’s doing it in poor taste. While the story does seem suspicious, hopefully Spears can recover from this one. ~Chantelle Rodrigo

That’s the kind of thing that happens to this kind of people. The only thing different from Britney and a trailor trash Jerry Springer watching slut is the money.

  2. mandee • December 2, 2010 @ 10:23 AM

so that makes her boyfriend beating her ok?

  3. Germain • December 2, 2010 @ 10:52 AM

No, I meant that the Britneys and Lindsays and Paris’, they all have a way of putting themselves in dangerous situations. If they don’t smarten up, then they deserve what’s happening to them. If you pop out 2 kids with a guy that was already in a relationship with a pregnant girlfriend, well don’t you think your marriage is doomed from the start? If you are a recovering addict and you go out in bars every night, what are your chances of relapsing?

Fame and fortune is the worst thing that could have happened to those girls and they never learn it seems.

This used to be a beloved pop star, and now there are heartless souls like this Germain character spewing their hatred on websites like these….shame! So sad.

  5. gypsy • December 2, 2010 @ 1:11 PM

Well Germain, perhaps she should pull a Lorianna Bobbitt on him,and toss it in the garbage compactor? No woman deserves a beating by a dude,no matter what the reason!!!

  6. gypsy • December 2, 2010 @ 1:16 PM

Hi Mandee, how you doing?I hope all is well with you!!Just dropped in to see what was up,you Take Care.

  7. Emilee • December 2, 2010 @ 1:27 PM

Nobody deserves to be hit no matter what. Why can’t people work it out with their words instead of their fists ! This poor woman has been beat down in so many ways besides physically . Leave her alone and let her heal. God bless you Britney.

  8. Patrick • December 2, 2010 @ 2:03 PM

Germain at least trailer trash can spell trailer!! <Trailer Trash I am and proud

  9. Germain • December 2, 2010 @ 2:43 PM

Beloved popstar HAHAHA!! The only thing that was ever beloved from Britney was her videos when she’s half naked. Face it, they sell their body and their music is just background noise while they strip. 12 year old kids buy albums but they don’t know music. Go back when their 18 and get them to admit that they ever listenend to Britney Spears if you can. I’m not saying that she deserves to get beat up, it came out wrong, I’m just saying that these supposed pop stars always seem to put themselves in difficult situations. it makes you wonder if they only do it for publicity reasons.

Patrick, if you’re proud to be trailer trash, then that’s what’s wrong with this country. Stay on welfare and enjoy the beer my taxes pay for.

  10. Germain • December 2, 2010 @ 3:06 PM

BTW, these are not words of hatred, simply fed up with the no talented industry packaged kids getting publicity for being stupid.

Reward artists, boycott corporate sell outs.

  11. C-Dub • December 2, 2010 @ 3:41 PM

NOBODY deserves to get beat by their loved one..for that matter nobody deserves a beat down period. If you lose control, you are only to blame.
If her X is making it public (especially if she confided in Mr. Alexander), then that’s pitiful shame on his part..BUT if it’s true then I hope she seeks actual help and gets her boyfriend in jail, then let’s the guys inside beat him a lesson. How does that feel buddy!
‘Germain” is right, the Brittany and Paris’s out there seem to fall into this situation. I hope they can get out as well.

On a side note, what was the BF thinking…seriously, she is rich and beautiful and maybe a little loopy, but always in the public eye..so giving her a beating..come on…try to hide that good luck idiot. You’ll be pulling a Chris Brown. You will get a public verbal beat down, then good luck getting another GF.

Take care of your women guys.

Sandra – didn’t you mean: alright instead of already?

  17. Tweetybird • December 3, 2010 @ 1:27 AM

I get what Germain is saying, and I completely agree. Certain types of people tend to get themselves in less than savoury situations.

  18. manbearbig • December 3, 2010 @ 1:50 AM

“What did Britney get into this time? Oh that Britney”

This news item screams a South Park episode. Please Matt and Trey, make fun of her one last time lol.

Oh, Boo-hoo who the hell cares?!

  20. mandee • December 3, 2010 @ 5:55 AM

Sandra on December 2, 2010 4:52 PM its actually “Second hit: shame on them”. if you ever suffered from abuse, you would know that.

Callie on December 2, 2010 9:45 PM i agree and i listened to her too, i dont like much of her newer stuff, so i stick with the oldies!

  21. whocares • December 3, 2010 @ 1:35 PM

It’s okay Britney has once again used another story to gain more recognition with her fans…I agree with Germain..it’s not a COINCIDENCE that this story again revolves around abuse, being a VICTIM with a celebrity means more $$$ deniro, if it’s an everyday person, most people react and say POOR HER as I would, yes abuse is NOTHING to take likely, but using it for ATTENTION is even more pathetic…yes to the public it appeared that she had a nervous breakdown…yet look how she BOUNCED back with a hit record right after…it’s no suprise that your personal life being exposed to the media depends on your character…how is it that destructive spoiled kids like her and Lohan keep using this ” Bad Girl” motto to keep the trashy papers happy…it’s too bad…Lohan I feel could have had a better acting career…too young exposed to this Hollywood bullshit…like Brittany Murphy…another tragic story…the REAL pressure is the weight crap for women in Hollywood…it’s too bad more actors should aim at looking abroad to live…and do what the Europeans do…say screw Hollywood baby… when you live elsewhere you are like everyone else…why else have smart actors like Johnny Depp lived in France for so many years…it’s because in some places of the world people are more civilized when looking at stars…here in North America some fans are insane…

  22. Shakedown • December 3, 2010 @ 2:45 PM

Doesn’t look like she’s been popped to me. Looks like the lighting in the picture – the sun shining through her hair onto her cheek. And looks like she didn’t wash off the makeup from the previous day before she added more.

  23. mandee • December 3, 2010 @ 8:09 PM

whocares on December 3, 2010 1:35 PM hmmm… i do agree with everything you have said. 😀

  24. Susan • December 4, 2010 @ 10:25 AM

Germain, you sound like a woman hater. I sense some deep issues with you.
I like some of Brittany’s songs, and her personal life is crazy like alot of young people’s. I hope she is smart enough to dump that guy if he hit her she just needs to find a gentleman like I did!

  25. Helen • December 5, 2010 @ 12:12 AM

Britney’s music is iconic. She might not be the most talented out there, but the fact that she has sold so many albums and is known worldwide because of her music first is telling.

I resent the fact that people automatically assume that people living in trailer parks are on welfare, Germain. Sure some people are, and there is probably a higher proportion than in middle class suburbia. But let us not forget that not everyone was born into a family with money to send their kids to school. Not everyone had an upbringing with parents who lead them down that path. Some people grow up with unique and difficult struggles, so to demean people just because they are on welfare is incredibly insensitive. The problem with our society is that we judge people based on where they live, and how much money they have. Some people end up on welfare due to health reasons. Others, because of the horrible economy. Some because of addiction problems (termed a physical disease by the medical community). Showing a little empathy and lending a hand to people in need is the only we we can say we are a civilized society. So stop knocking people down because of where they live.

  26. mandee • December 5, 2010 @ 9:29 AM

Helen on December 5, 2010 12:12 AM i agree with you. youre right. also, do not forget those whos jobs close and once their unemployment runs out and they cant find work elsewhere because of the economy. that was me last year, they also paid for me to have my wisdom teeth removed (i had all 4 that were impacted, it would have cost me 400 per tooth without the 400 dollars to put me to sleep), they paid for my hearing aids which was about 6000 and they also paid for me to do cpr training, which under any other circumstance is about 150. they paid for 2 of my classes so i could work towards finishing my grade 12 (because i dropped out due to personal reasons at a young age). they were very helpful and they are also the only reason i found employment afterword. their job connect program found me employment as soon as i had my hearing aids. welfare is an excellent system for people who are incapable of taking care of themselves for whatever reason.

  27. Shakedown • December 6, 2010 @ 1:57 AM

Hey there’s nothing cheap about living in a trailer park, at least not in Ontario. Most parks that I know of charge between $600 & $700 a month just for the lot the trailer is sitting on. Add to that your utilities like heat, water and hydro, your phone, maybe cable, maybe contents insurance, not much left over even on a working person’s paycheque for food, clothing, gas in the car, car insurance and repairs, etc, car payments to the bank, and all this is assuming the trailer is already paid for. You’d pay way more than what a nice apartment costs and also more than many mortgages. So why is the general opinion that peeps who live in trailer parks are flat out pennyless?? It takes a lot of money to be able to afford to live there. I doubt that I’d ever be able to.
