Elizabeth Taylor auctions still bringing in big money

By Tribute on December 15, 2011 | 8 Comments

The sale of Elizabeth Taylor’s personal collections continued last night in New York with bidders vying for a piece of the glamour queen’s haute couture wardrobe, among other notable items. The auction didn’t come close to touching Tuesday night’s record-breaking $116 million jewelry sales, but the net $2.6 million made last night still managed to soar past the pre-sale estimates. The auctions continue tonight with Taylor’s memorabilia and collection of fine art. Online auctions are also running concurrently for some of the lower-priced items from Taylor’s estate.

  1. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more
than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.
Nevertheless think about if you added some great photos or videos to give your
posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this blog could certainly be one
of the greatest in its field. Wonderful blog!
