Lindsay Lohan fails drugs test

Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test, which means she’s heading back to jail for a minimum of 30 days following her next court date. The actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab after she was found to have violated the terms of her 2007 conviction for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) earlier this year. She spent 13 days at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California, followed by 23 days in rehab at the UCLA Medical Center. However, she has to have twice-weekly random drugs tests under the terms of her court order. Rumors began to surface she had failed a test, and she admitted it on Twitter. “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future,” she wrote. “This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.” Lindsay then thanked her friends, family and loved ones and said they all understand she is a “work in progress.”

Is there even any more comments that can be made???

Wow that sounds like a load of crap. I if she was really “trying” it wouldn’t have gone this far. She hasn’t taken anything seriously, are we supposed to believe her now? We don’t care about your lies anymore Lindsay, the only reason i even comment anymore on this crap is you make the justice system look corrupt. That or just useless and or prejudice, but why speculate really?

    It’s time for Dr. Drew.

I agree with Silver, next step in her career is Celebrity Rehab. That’s pretty low when that’s the only gig you can get to remain (at least) on TV. I will agree that it’s tough to kick drugs and relapses are frequent, but to Joshua’s point, it just looks like she hasn’t taken it seriously and relied on her celebrity status to catch a break whenever she could. When actors hit rock bottom, if their talent is not enough, they’ll hope for people’s pity to get back in the game.

Those ‘friends’ and family she thanks, aren’t they doing whatever they can so help her stop?? Why is she thanking them? Who’s supplying her? Because if they aren’t participating in her drug-free life then why is she thanking them? For that matter at least she admits she messed up. Or maybe she likes an all-female prison?? She is lesbian now right? Who knows what her motivation is other than addiction or media attention or has a girlfriend on the inside lol; either way it’s getting tired.
