Sting writing Broadway musical

StingSting is reportedly planning to pen his first Broadway musical. Former front man of The Police, the musician has teamed up with Tony award-winning writer Brian Yorkie to write the script. There are no details available yet on what the story will be about, but it’s rumored that it may be about Sting’s childhood and early years as a musician. Sting first appeared on Broadway in 1989 in a remake of The Three Penny Opera.
