Jennifer Aniston’s Bel Air mansion complete

Jennifer Aniston will move into her new Bel Air home this weekend. The Wanderlust actress and her fiance Justin Theroux will finally be able to live in their 8,500 square foot Los Angeles estate, which she paid $21 million for last year, after extensive renovations were completed this week. A source told E! News, "They are supposed to move in over the weekend." Jennifer had bought two New York apartments for $7.01 million as she planned to move to the East Coast but after deciding to stay in Los Angeles, she sold them for $6.5 million last year. A source said, "She loved them, but her circumstances changed and the space was just wrong." Jennifer's plan for the apartments was to combine them, knocking the penthouse through to the second space on the 17th floor below. Listing broker Bruce Ehrmann said the penthouse has "one of the most beautiful terraces in the city, with unobstructed forever views." Jennifer was born in Los Angeles, but grew up in New York, although she felt it had changed when she initially moved back at the end of last year. She explained, "We tried New York. It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew." Although Jennifer lost money on her New York apartments, she saved $3 million on her Bel Air home, which was listed with a $24 million listing price. She also sold her other Los Angeles home for $36 million. The couple have been renting a small house in the Hollywood Hills until their mansion was ready.
