Lohan pleads guilty

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan has pleaded no contest to two counts of DUI. As a two-time offender, she received a minimum of four days in jail. However, the judge cut that down to two days, ordering her to perform 10 days of community service instead. Additionally, credit for the time spent in a jail cell when Lohan was initially arrested cut the two days to one. She’ll also have 36 months of probation and have to attend an 18 month alcohol education program. Lohan was not charged for cocaine possession because the stashes found in her car and in her pocket, according to the DA, “were below the .05 grams required by office policy for felony filing.”

It figures what these celebrities can get away with these days…I won’t be surprised if her next time will be before the end of the year…maybe this next time she’ll get actual jail time.

4 days in jail? Are you kidding me? In BC, Canada ~ 1 DUI gets you a 24hr driving suspension and your 2nd, a 1yr licence suspension. Since when are Canadian laws tougher? Glad to see, however, she got a long term probation & alcohol counselling. 2 DUI’s are not a mistake, but a problem. Good for the courts!

This chick needs a good smack up side the head to maybe knock some sense into her. She’s got all this money and can’t think of anything better to do than to blow it on stupid, moronic stuff like this.

It just goes to show you what popularity and power in the hands of undisciplined child will get you……
