Maggie Grace, who’s best known for playing Shannon in the TV series null, is joining the cast of Twilight in the upcoming instalment — Breaking Dawn: Part 1. She’ll play Irina, a vampire whose coven is on friendly terms with the Cullen tribe, which includes vampires Edward Cullen and Alice Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene respectively. The Twilight movie franchise is based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer, and in the books Irina seeks vengeance because she blames the Cullens for the death of her lover, Laurent. The final two movies in the saga are set to begin filming this fall in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Vancouver, British Columbia. In Breaking Dawn, newly-married Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, is expecting a baby.

So two comments immediately come to mind. Will Kristen really be pregnant for the movie or will it be Hollywood? I say she starts walking around with a small belly under her clothes just to mess with peoples minds.

On a different note Maggie was alright on Lost. Not sure if I would have cast her a similar look and actress I would have considered instead would have been Laura Harris (The Faculty & 24) or Ali Larter (Heroes).

Why would Kristen really be pregnant for the movie? Wouldn’t that be taking method acting a little far? Besides, Bella’s pregnancy is unusual, to say the least. She gets big really fast and at some point, gives birth and would then need to look not pregnant.

    Totally agree Jamalia.

wow this should really say spoiler for those who have not read this book.

It’s not that big a spoiler. It doesn’t say who the dad is. If you look anywhere else on the Internet, they give pretty much everything away.

Clearly this movie brings out nothing but seriousness in many people.
