An unidentified man was found murdered at rapper Rick Ross’s Florida home at about 7 a.m. Wednesday morning. Police say the victim was 40 years old and he is believed to have been shot to death just inside the front gate of Ross’s home. Ross, 36, whose legal name is William Leonard Roberts II, was not at the Miami Gardens residence at the time of the murder and is not considered a suspect, but police are hoping to interview him to find out if he knew the victim or any other details that might help them with their investigation. Ross has not yet released a statement on the matter or posted anything to his Twitter account since the news became public.

Unfortunate news but Ross is one of the hardest working rappers in the game, he releases mixtapes and albums as fast as someone blinks, so it makes sense that he was not at the residence when this went down, he was probably in the studio.

Who ever did it, clearly isn’t close to him as a friend, because they would know this kinds of thing would give him some unnecessary backlash on his part.

I bet Rick Ross hired a hit man to take this guy out. What are the chances this guy gets shot right outside his house? Seems like too much of a coincidence to me

Maybe it was a set up gone wrong…the shooter was ACTUALLY supposed to get rick ross but made a mistake and shot the wrong guy. could happen..

Rick Ross is the size of a Walrus, so unless he had actual Walrus at his home at the time of the shooting than I doubt it was a case of mistaken identity.
