Mark Wahlberg to star in reality show with family

Oscar-nominee Mark Wahlberg is going to appear in a new reality series for A&E. However, although the unscripted show will also star his brothers and mother, he says it won’t be similar to that of the Kardashians. “No, no. It’s very different. It’s very different. Nothing against them. They’ve been hugely successful,” he said in an interview Tuesday. “It’s just about building a family business. Uh, it’s just very different, very different.” The series will be about Wahlburgers, the restaurant Mark part owns with his brother Donnie, while his brother Paul and their mother take care of the daily operations. The restaurant is located in Hingham, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. Donnie said during an appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show: “My brother Mark and I, my mom and my brother Paul will all be on the show. It’s incredible. It’s gonna be a lot of fun.” A second Wahlburgers is scheduled to open in Toronto next year. The series, also titled Wahlburgers, will premiere on A&E January 22, 2014.

Oh God, NO! Don’t tell me that Reality Show Producers have got their hands on Mark as well. These reality shows are sooooo phony & stupid.
