Sharkwater Extinction plays on Canadian Film Day 2020The seventh edition of National Canadian Film Day will go online this year, courtesy of Bell Media’s premium English and French-language Pay TV networks and streaming services, including Crave, STARZ, Super Écran, and Cinépop.

Crave’s lineup includes the action-packed documentary Sharkwater Extinction by award-winning filmmaker Rob Stewart — and considering April 22 is also Earth Day, Sharkwater Extinction is a perfect choice for the whole family. Other feature-length documentaries include Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and the Band; Anthropocene: The Human Epoch, The Woman Who Loves Giraffes and I’m Going to Break Your Heart.

Other films include The Hummingbird Project, Firecrackers and Stockholm, all of which were recognized at the Canadian Screen Awards.

STARZ subscribers can enjoy renowned Canadian films such as Sisters&Brothers, Tom at the Farm, The Death and Life of John F. Donovan and Away From Her.
