Nicki Minaj slammed by music producer on Twitter

A music producer for Lady Gaga, DJ White Shadow, recently attacked singer Nicki Minaj via Twitter with a string of messages claiming she’s untalented. He first wrote: “Ok. Nicki Minaj. F**k you. Get a grip. You are lucky, not talented. Stop. Please stop. XO. DJWS.” After a little while, the tweet was deleted but then another tweet went up that read, “Oops didn’t mean to delete that. But I don’t recall what I said, basically it was ‘come on son’ to nicki. Cause you are wack.(sic)” Minaj’s fans fought back and posted messages defending her, but this didn’t stop Shadow from tweeting yet another message: “You can be judgmental. My views are my own. I am by myself. I don’t hate. It’s not hate, just dislike for poor taste.” It is still unclear why he posted the message and there hasn’t been much response from Gaga or Minaj. DJ White Shadow is well-known for producing much of Lady Gaga’s second studio album, Born This Way. ~ Luxy Hariharan

Good that someone actually reminded her how stupid, dumb she is. She is not good singer nor talented one.

I thought she would have faded by now. Really her rapping style is annoying. Anyway just like on here, everyone is allowed their opinions..even DJWS whoever he is.

There are people that love her and people that hate her. If you hate then don’t listen to her music. If you think you’re better than go out and do something, make better music. Do your thing. There’s no need to spread hate. Don’t try and stop people from living their dreams.

The music industry is on the brink of being dead, Nicki Minaj is one of the reasons why, Bieber is another.

I can’t blame those people for trashing her music.

I don’t care what you people say, she’s AMAZING.

Creating an internal war to exploit fans into picking sides as a way of helping to promote publicity and record sales. I am sure this DJ white character is working with both artist, and just made this whole thing up to drive sales for both artists. Publicity stunt, nothing more.

@Aliciaswt16 you need to get your head out of your ass. Listen to some real music from time to time, maybe you’ll realize what music is supposed to sound like. It’s more than just auto-tune.

Music has fundamentally changed grandpa. Dust off your gramophone record if you wanna live in the past. The future is here, and the future is happening! listen to some skrillex.

Music (mostly rap and hip hop) has change for the worst in my opinon. Back then it had more to say. The only thing that todays songs say is well….pretty much the same thing “nothing”. Listen to some Public Enemy, De La soul, Tribe Called Quest, XKlan, Early Queen Latifa, JeRu the Dammaga, Gangstarr, Paris, NWA, KRS one, I could go on and on. Nuff said. No past=no future. Think about it before you hate on the oldschool.

Honewstly, music is terrible nowadays. Really, I used to love Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, and One Direction and then I ended up landing on my local rock station and fell in love all over again. Just because the future of music is different doesnt mean we have to listen to it Aliciaswt16. Maybe some of us dont like the fact that all you have to do is hit a button and some skank can sing. #SorryI’mNotSorry

Her music is alright, it’s nothing to warrant this kind of attention.

The best way to tell if someone has legitimate talent is to listen/watch them perform live.

Rihanna – actual talent. You can hear it live. Lady Gaga – you can hear it live. Adele – every live performance is better than her last.

Nicki Minaj… if you youtube her live performances… it’s just really fast talking. Sometimes she can’t even keep up with how fast her songs are.

You all just haters. I support you JD. Anyone who think they can do better should just go and prove it. Talent is not defined by individual preferences…Just because you do not understand something does not mean its CRAP.

@Cynkie sorry but her music is CRAP
