George Clooney – Syriana

Perhaps one of the more agonizing injuries in this gallery belongs to George Clooney, who suffered a spinal injury while filming his Oscar-winning performance in the 2005 drama thriller Syriana. The scene in question had Clooney knocked over as he was tied to a chair. As he fell back, Clooney hit his head, causing a spinal injury that left him bedridden for a month. During his hospitalization, Clooney experienced severe migraines as a result of the injury. According to him, the migraines got so bad that he seriously considered suicide as a way of ending his misery.
