This year's nominees for costume design are as diverse as can be, concerning different time periods. From the 1800s to the 1940s, '60s, '70s, and '80s, it’s a variety of styles and eras that are a feast for the eyes. However, it’s the 1960s inspired looks from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood by Arianne Phillips that take the cake. Not only does her work capture the essence of the period, but the wide variety made available through the various films within the movie give audiences an endearing throwback to a bygone era.
