Rihanna scared by sex letters

By Alexandra Heilbron on April 1, 2010 | 17 Comments

rihannaRihanna is reportedly stepping up her personal security after receiving X-rated letters from a crazed fan. The singer is said to be shocked by the graphic fan mail and her rumored boyfriend, baseball player Matt Kemp, is believed to have stepped in to make sure the obsessed letter writer, who calls himself ‘Buster’, can’t get to her. A source told the Daily Star: “Matt has asked Rihanna’s team to be extra cautious since she was sent two very steamy letters. Her friends are also concerned about the situation. They spent a long time talking about it when they dined at the Spanish Kitchen in West Hollywood last week. They are really worried things with this guy are going to get out of hand.”

That’s what you get for acting like a tramp!

  2. OddJob • April 1, 2010 @ 11:34 AM

At least the letter writer doesn’t beat her.. And I would say she does attract far too many undesirables .. Ahh, the price of stardom and fame…

I’m sure you telling the “crazed fan” where she’s dining is SURE to help her case!!

You mean Chris Brown has renamed himself Buster now?!?
    How very clever 😉

Maybe she shouldn’t make songs like “Rude Boy” then, suck it up princess!

birdman1 on April 1, 2010 9:47 AM women have the right to act or dress like a “tramp” without being stalked, harassed or raped. do you believe women that act like a “tramp” deserve to be raped too?

OddJob on April 1, 2010 11:34 AM youre right, but the writer may one day rape and/or murder rhianna if she doesnt take precautions. wouldnt you think thats worse than being beaten?

    Albertarose3 on April 1, 2010 11:40 AM lmfao ! youre right.

    Mimi007 on April 1, 2010 11:54 AM 😛 lol

BBMinx on April 1, 2010 1:40 PM so its ok to stalk someone if they make a song called “rude boy”? what if they make a movie called “rude boy” is it cool to stalk them too? and send them dirty letters? and “princess”? im sure thats how she feels after being beaten and now that shes being stalked and basically sexually harassed. you sure called that one.

i think people are getting completely out of control. how long until all these stalkers become murderers, rapists etc? theres a lot of sick people in the world. good luck rhianna!

    hahahhaha “buster” how ironic

  8. Samantha • April 1, 2010 @ 6:52 PM

Women shouldn’t be acting like tramps it’s disgusting and i’m tired of seeing women act like whores, they have no respect for themselves and it’s sickening.
On the other hand we can’t hand pick rihanna for the way she dresses and the songs she sings because there are a ton on women doing the same thing, and not just celebrity women. Some men are disgusting pigs who have no respect for women, are a waste of skin and should be locked away.

P.S Leave chris brown alone, get over it already.

OMM! Poor Rihanna. There are some sick people in this world. How do you guys know that is a guy? What if it’s a girl? You never know. Rihanna does dress very openly, which is okay i guess, but she shouldn’t be shocked about someone sexually attracted to her that much when her videos are practically nude. Anyways, she has a right. I’m just saying there is nothing to be shocked about. Shocked no. Scared Yes. Good Luck to Rihanna

Samantha on April 1, 2010 6:52 PM ok, how about you date him, or if you have a daughter how about she dates him? and then when he beats the hell out of you or your child, maybe we will consider forgiving him? would that make you happy? women have the right to dress how they want, no one has the power or right to tell anyone how they should dress or what they should do (such as “leaving chris alone, getting over it already”).

Honestly its not right for her to recieve letters like that but again it is the way she dresses and acts, have you heard some of her interviews about sex and other crap ?!? If you carry yourself in a certain way, people will perceive you in that way, so she shouldn’t be shocked that someone wants to tap that. So yes people can dress how they like but remember, people will always judge you how you carry yourself, thats how society is. Sorry you feel that its wrong people are saying that but its true.

I have not read the … letters, & was disgusted by Rhianna in the 1st place.
I am old enough to be her MOTHER.
I DO NOT FIND, it AT ALL surprising the little girl has GOTTEN this mail.
Performer or not, she is “1” of many current role models for the next generation. Do any of them have “A” functioning brain cell

    (spears, lohan) between them ??????????
    What were their guardians thinking?

Does “R” even have any talent? did aretha, ella, tina, dionne, diana, Ms Holiday, resort to cheap SLEEZY burlesque costumes?
burlesque is, well look it up!

  13. Blkwidow • April 2, 2010 @ 2:34 PM

I think that this is a matter for the cops to look into and cannot understand why it is shared with the general public. If the person being stalked was just an average Joe/Joan, would we even hear about it? She has enough money to hired herself a 24/7 bodyguard so why is there not one in the picture yet? Is it because this may be another publicity trick or maybe she is in some way liking the attention? Come on Rhianna…wake up and smell the coffee! Get a bodyguard.

Tiffany on April 2, 2010 1:53 AM i agree with your comment, i just find people calling her dirty names based on how she dresses to be ridiculous. or to say its her own fault. no one knows rhianna personally, so how can they decide shes a skank or this or that?

Laura on April 2, 2010 4:02 AM you would feel different if she was your daughter. and youre right, she can be talented and famous without dressing in revealing clothes, but maybe she likes the way she looks. who are any of us to decide what she should and should not be wearing?

Blkwidow on April 2, 2010 2:34 PM i agree with and like your comment 😀

If you gonna wave a red flag in front of a bull …something bad will happen..tone it down a little Rihanna.

  16. silver • April 5, 2010 @ 9:04 AM

Mandee, I understand, and agree, that she doesn’t “deserve” something bad happening to her because of how she dresses. However, people also need to take responsibility for their own safety. If I go into a “bad” area of a city, and I get mugged, I didn’t deserve it, but I could have done something to prevent it. It isn’t fair that we have to worry about things like that, but we do, and we do have a responsibility to protect ourselves when we know the potential dangers.

As for calling her names for how she dresses, everyone has the right to make judgements about people using whatever they feel — how they dress, how they act, how they speak. Again, maybe not fair, but that is human nature (the brain has to make assumptions and generalization in order to process all the information it is given). The trick is to keep those thoughts in balance and not let it affect actions to the point it becomes discriminatory.

  17. mandee • April 6, 2010 @ 4:17 AM

silver on April 5, 2010 9:04 AM i agree people need to take more precautions to protect themselves. so far, all thats happening is she is getting bad letters, lets hope it doesnt escalate. i think she has had enough problems in her young life she doesnt need to add anything else to that list. she needs to hire protection to be sure she is safe, even if its just from her psycho ex. anyone that is famous should have round the clock protection, theres a ridiculous amount of psychos out there.

about calling her names for how she dresses, everyone has the right to their own opinions and judgments, i agree BUT one should not call a child such filthy names, because rhianna is, after all, still just a child.
