Rupert Sanders backs out of Snow White sequel

By Tribute on November 20, 2012 | 11 Comments

Snow White & the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders will not be returning to direct the sequel of this action packed re-imagining of the Brothers Grimm’s classic fairy tale. Sanders—who is married  and has two children with English model/ actress Liberty Ross—made headlines around the world in July when his infidelity with Snow White & the Huntsman’s leading lady Kristen Stewart was exposed. Now that Sanders has bowed out of the up-and-coming project, it appears Stewart  will be returning for this highly anticipated sequel, which studio executives put on hold while “exploring all options.” Sources claim Sanders dropped out of the sequel “because he is desperately still trying to save his marriage.” He’s instead signed on to direct Sony’s sci-fi romance The Juliet. ~Brandon Bastaldo

    THE MOVIE IS LAME ANYWAY!

Was he possessed, I mean he’s forty something with wife and kids. Why would he do such a thing is beyond me. He must have known it would become public, did he expect Kristen to stay with him?

Why did he do it? He was probably curious what it would be like to have s*x with an inanimate object.

lol@nobody important. and he did it because any 40 yr old guy would have sex with someone half his age, we are men,we are guided by the smaller head. its caveman, but simple.

He had sex with her cause lets face it, if she were nekked in front of us, we would all (at the very least) think twice about it. If you say you wouldn’t then you are just gay and lucky. Otherwise steve c. is right. And the movie was disappointing.

Can anyone else say “I saw this coming?” One of them had to drop out which was bound to happen and it wasn’t going to be Stewart. Without her and her fan-base and popularity the studio would have nothing. Sure, they could have re-cast but the success level for the film wouldn’t equal the original. It says he “dropped out’ but likely the studio told him they were going with Stewart and to save his marriage which is far more important than career at the moment.

Awesome good I’m glad at least she’s returning for the sequel. Good. It’s better this way.

I’d sooner see a sequel to GIGLI.

They should replace Kristen with a block of wood for the Snow White sequel. It will have more acting range than Kristen, and it will look better when you sand and rub it with some linseed oil.

Now all they have to do is cancel the whole thing and save everyone the trouble.

Nobody Important you sound like a broken record man! Lighten up! For some reason I picture you as this wrinkly nasty old man who got slapped in the face by too many pretty women his whole life and is now facing death alone and miserable…
