Sinead O’Connor’s marriage ended due to drug use

By Alexandra Heilbron on December 29, 2011 | 8 Comments

Sinead O’Connor, 45, explained why her fourth marriage ended just 16 days after her December 8 wedding. She says a “wild ride” she took with new husband Barry Herridge in search of marijuana on their wedding night contributed to the relationship falling apart. “We ended up in a cab in some place that was quite dangerous,” she told British newspaper The Sun. Apparently, the rough area of town was something the singer was quite used to, as she often frequented it in search of drugs to support her habit. Her husband, however, viewed it differently. “I wasn’t scared – but he’s a drugs counsellor. What was I thinking? Then I was handed a load of crack. Barry was very frightened – that kind of messed everything up a bit really.” Sinead, who has four children, says the experience has turned her off marrying again, claiming: “I don’t think I will even date anyone.” Her third marriage, to Irish musician Steve Cooney, ended in divorce in April 2011, just eight months after their wedding.

You would think he would know what she’s like before he married her.I think it was just a publicity stunt.

Kristen Stewart does a ton of drugs too. She has pipes scattered through her trailer. All from crack and meth.

I really don’t understand how anyone could judge her after what she’s been through. Disgusting people who are judging her. I’m amazed she ever even tried being married and having children. If her stories are true which I’m sure they are this is one of the worst stories of abuse I’ve ever heard really people stop judging
