What’s New on Netflix July 2023 – and what’s leaving

There’s so much to watch this July — from new seasons of fan-favorite series such as Sweet Magnolias to new movies, including The Out-Laws starring Adam Devine, Nina Dobrev, Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin; an assortment of documentaries and as always, plenty of new entertainment for the kids! New and Returning Series

The Lincoln Lawyer: Season 2 Part 1 – July 6
With his firm in high demand and the team busier than ever, Mickey (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) gets entangled with a woman who soon becomes a client when she’s charged with murder.

Sweet Magnolias: Season 3 – July 20
Following the brawl at Sullivan’s, Maddie (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) wrestles with the best way to help Cal (Justin Bruening) and works to clear her own emotional path. Helen (Heather Headley) faces difficult decisions about the men in her life. And Dana Sue (Brooke Elliott) searches for a way to use Miss Frances’ check to help the community, without upending her family. The identity of the tire slasher sends shockwaves through Serenity, the recall causes unexpected consequences, and there are romantic surprises in every generation.

The Witcher: Season 3 Volume 2 – July 27
Destiny brought them together. Dangerous forces are trying to tear them apart. Geralt (Henry Cavill) and Yennefer fight to keep Ciri (Freya Allan) safe as war brews on the Continent.

New Films

The Out-Laws – July 7
Owen Browning (Adam Devine) is a straight-laced bank manager about to marry the love of his life, Parker (Nina Dobrev). When his bank is held up by the infamous Ghost Bandits during his wedding week, he believes his future in-laws (Pierce Brosnan, Ellen Barkin) who just arrived in town, are the infamous Out-Laws.

Happiness For Beginners – July 27
Helen (Ellie Kemper) has always lived her life as far from the edge as possible. Newly divorced, she joins a quirky group of strangers on a survival course for the “Adventure of a Lifetime” with the hope of learning how to live — and love — again.

The King Who Never Was – July 4 
This docuseries sheds light on the killing of a German teenager in ’78 through the accounts of his sister and the royal family involved in the case.

The Lady of Silence: The Mataviejitas Murders – July 27 
Between 1998 and 2005, nearly 50 elderly women were killed in Mexico City, triggering the hunt for — and capture — of a most unlikely suspect.

StoryBots: Answer Time: Season 2 – July 10
