Grammy-award winner Adele may be a fearless powerhouse on stage, but she’s had some frights off stage recently. She has been reportedly saying she thinks her rented home in Sussex, England is haunted. According to the British tabloid The Sun, Adele is afraid of sleeping alone in the house. The good news is that it doesn’t appear she’ll be there for long. The 23-year-old singer just bought a new home with boyfriend Simon Konecki. Her new crib is in Brighton and is outfitted with a seaside view. No more renting and no more haunting, but rumors of a birthday proposal for Adele are in the air. ~Renita Naraine
