Bill Cosby sued for defamation

By Tribute on December 11, 2014 | 2 Comments

Bill CosbyBill Cosby, 77, faces even more trouble amid the sexual assault accusations against him. This time it’s from a woman who may have found a way around the statute of limitations. Tamara Green, who claims that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in the 1970s, has filed a lawsuit against Cosby. However, she isn’t suing for the abuse, but rather defamation.

Tamara cannot take legal action against Cosby for the alleged abuse because it was committed more than 40 years ago. However, Tamara and her attorneys have possibly found a way around that by focusing on Cosby’s more recent denial of the events having ever taken place. Tamara maintains that her reputation has been tarnished because Cosby’s publicist and lawyer called her a “liar” and as a result she has been ridiculed in both her private and professional life. ~Janine Wyslobicky

    Really !!!

I’m not protecting the incidents or person, BUT where did all of these money sucking Cougers (at least they think they are),
crawl out from ? Did the Jhian Gomeshi news wake them up ? Why not report their incidents and Charge him 5,6,7…years ago. Not 40 years later ! Either charge him or let go. Can’t have both sides !
Maybe he should place restraining orders on them and he too, defamation of character; affecting his employment.
Yes, it’s not a fair world but it is what it is.
How about the molesters/rapists who’ve done their 10 or 20 years and now let out in to the world ? Oh yeah, the police let the public know, why ? is he still dangerous ?

I still believe the accuser is after fame and money. Why did you wait so long? You aren’t the brightest bulb in the pack, that’s for sure. Waiting 40 years, then charging defamation of character; the wait it looks is you don’t have much character to worry about. You brought the alleged defamation on yourself by waiting so long.
