Courteney Cox working on sitcom

Courteney Cox Courteney Cox is working on a sitcom for herself and her former Friends co-stars, Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston after remembering how much fun they used to have together when they all appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show last month. A source said: ”Courteney wants to direct a pilot staring herself, Jen and Lisa as middle-aged women who have kids by artificial means. She started talks after their appearance on Jimmy Kimmel. They had another dinner together in L.A. on September 23 to discuss details and it went really well. They’re all incredibly excited at the prospect of working together again. Doing Jimmy’s show reminded them how much fun they used to have.”

However, Jennifer – the only one of the actresses not to have children – is believed to be a bit unsure about the show’s subject matter. The source added: ”The baby topic must have hit a nerve for her. She’s the only one who hasn’t had children. Courteney’s got her daughter Coco and Lisa has Julian, while Jen hasn’t become a mom yet, so it must be difficult to joke about. Either way, the three girls are in total agreement that a work reunion of some sorts is in order.”
