Fan Expo Canada is back – celebrating fans from all over

Whether you are a fan of comic books, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming, cosplay, or more — Fan Expo Canada is the perfect place to be.

Spanning over four days, Fan Expo has events and attractions geared toward everyone. Fans are given the chance to meet and hear from their favorite celebrities in many ways during the event — from professional photo opportunities, autograph sessions, and Q&A panels, Fan Expo offers the chance of a lifetime.

The celebrities headlining the 2023 Fan Expo include Hayden Christensen, who portrays Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader in the current Star Wars media franchise; Gwendoline Christie, who played Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones and Captain Phasma in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015); Chevy Chase, known for Vegas Vacation (1997); Christina Ricci, the original Wednesday Addams; Zachary Levi, the star superhero of Shazam! (2019) in the DC universe; Vincent D’Onofrio, who appeared in Men in Black (1997) and Jurassic World (2015); three members of The Office — Brian Baumgartner,  Leslie David Baker and Kate Flannery; Danny Trejo, who has been in Desperado (2001) and Heat (1995), and many more.

Another popular event at Fan Expo is the Fan Fav Cosplay Competition and cosplay red carpet, where fans of any show or video game can come dressed up, show off their style, and meet other fans. They also have programming events — with discussions, debates, comics, and gaming, the topics are ranged for everyone to enjoy. With professionals on hand, Fan Expo provides the chance to attends panels, demos, or one-on-one sessions to learn skills from acting to drawing.

Fans are provided with the chance to meet and experience art from comic legends, professional comic book artists, and writers. The sense of family is everywhere during Fan Expo at the Community Zone — attendees can join local clubs, see movie props up close, test their trivia, and interact with fans in the same community. Finally, with thousands of retailers from all over, fans can buy rare comic books, original artwork, graphic novels, memorabilia, video games, toys, t-shirts, and more.
