  172. Pamela Jessen • December 11, 2014 @ 11:40 AM

My husband is definitely the hardest person to shop for, especially when it comes to getting him a “special” present. He’s very particular, so even if he shows interest in a particular item, I still need to get all the details and stuff to make sure it’s the “right” item. We’ve decided it’s easier for him to pick up his own gift and then I can supplement by getting basic things for him.

His Grandma is also extremely hard to buy for…she’s 99 years old and wants nothing. So…we buy her a Christmas flower arrangement and she’s content!

Thanks and good luck to everyone!!

I see from previous comments that people don’t know what “thing” to buy. I suggest you offer your time, taking someone to a play or concert, in the case of parents just spending time with them. For all those hard to please types and those who have everything, start giving donations to charities in their names.
