In recent news, the label of popular UK band One Direction (pictured at left) is being sued by a US band, which claims The X Factor winners stole their name — they’re demanding $1 million for alleged copyright breaches. Now fans of the UK band are sending death threats to the American One Direction. “There has been so much hate mail, like people threatening to cut our b***s off,” said US frontman Sean O’Leary in an interview with UK newspaper The Sun. “The one that stands out for me is a girl saying she wanted to kill my father.” Despite the angry fans, the group is trying to keep their heads up and holding faith in the justice system. “We are not intimidated. The law isn’t a popularity contest. Our name has been infringed,” O’Leary told BBC Newsbeat. “When I was small and tried to start things up, my dad would always advise me, ‘You’re at the bottom so there’s only one direction to go.’ And that was the attitude I needed for the band.” ~Graeme Mollison

Well, yes those crazed Directioners went a little to far. But the US band did kind of take it too far. One Direction has been around for a while. since they were on UK X Factor, so why do they sue now? Oh yeah, because they just hit it big and the US version wants in on the action.
I’ve never heard of any of these bands until the first article appeared on tribute…
This is typical in the music industry: a band from one country going to another and getting into trouble because of the same band name. What usually ends up happening is that the foreign band has to modify their name in the new country. I remember when I was young when Australia’s “Bush” came to Canada and for Canadian releases, performances, etc, they had to rename themselves to “Bush X”.
Poor boys. So young, Cowell should take control of this situation that HE created.
Try this approach: opt for a gown structure that you just just feel at ease and as well,as well as the certain living in, Combine it with many classy tastes (say for example a nice designer purse) and luxuriate in an evening out,
